At the end of 2023 at least 309,000 people were currently experiencing homelessness. Despite this overwhelming number, there is little to no provision for people to keep their belongings safe from the constant threat of theft and damage.
We believe every person sleeping on the street deserves the right to free, safe, and accessible storage for their most treasured items and documents.
We were created to ensure this happens.

What is our Mission?
In 2023, our eviction referral rates went up 13% from the previous year
45% of people who refer themselves, or get referred by others, are street homeless.
Homelessness in London is rising at a rate of 25% year on year.

Luggage Storage
We offer storage for individuals' belongings - from suitcases of work tools and clothing, to personal items, small home items and toiletries. Our storage is flexible and we aim to work with partner charities in the city to move individuals on from the street and take their belongings into stable accommodation during this time.
Document Storage
Passports, Right to Remain documents and proof of housing or work papers often get stolen, damaged or lost when one is forced to sleep out. It is incredibly distressing and often complicated to replace these items. Street Storage offers lockable and accessible document storage to alleviate this concern.
